IT Talent dispatch is a new kind of employment approach utilized cross-region and cross-industry. TENGMAI sends all kinds of IT required talents (IT Engineer, Help Desk, Software Developer, CTO, IT consultant, etc) according to the actual requirement of employers. After the implementation of dispatch, employer signs "Labor Dispatch Contract" with TENGMAI, and TENGMAI signs “Labor Contract” with contract workers. Meanwhile, the employer units signs “Labour Service Agreement” with the contract workers. There is only labor relationship between employer and the workers, but not employ contractual relationship.
